Will Whittingham’s offense maximize the talent at WR or does it risk under-utilizing them?

@Mattmandu @TopTierUofM Also Jacobs was not that productive in college compared to some of the RBs on this list and played at Bama from 2016-18. All the U-M RBs played from 2020 onwards.
