Amphibian Affinities
The Nazca Tridactyls exhibit a mosaic of characteristics. most significantly aligned with amphibian-grade tetrapods. Casas (2025) emphasized the presence of gastralia functioning in both cutaneous respiration and abdominal bracing during quadrupedal locomotion, consistent with low-pressure circulation and dermal gas exchange typical of basal amphibians. Miles (2022) and Korotkov (2019) each documented the presence of multiple unfused sacral vertebrae; Casas (2025) interpreted a terminal consolidation beyond these elements as a urostyle-like structure, paralleling axial reinforcement in anurans and indicating metamorphic tail reduction.

If I understand @davidvelascof’s research correctly, the Andean people believed the world is divided into three realms, each inhabited by different humanoids. We all coexist with one another.

Hanaq Pacha – The land of the gods, likely a civilization on mountain ranges and even possibly the moon, possibly where the large human-sized tridactyls live.

Kay Pacha – the land of humans, where we live.

Ukhu Pacha – The underworld. The land of the smaller gods, where the 60 cm tridactyls and other small beings live.
