CIH and TMHD have already been working together over the past six years through our insurance agency and supporting our livestock insurance offerings. We are excited to have found a partner that has a deep understanding of our business and shares a long-term strategic vision for how best to achieve growth in our core markets. TMHD's strong financial position and long-term capital base provide stability, giving CIH the opportunity to pursue strategic initiatives to enhance our comprehensive client offering. Most importantly, TMHD's strategic long-term operational approach resonated with CIH and how our clients plan and operate.

The CIH management team will remain intact in this new partnership, and there will be no change in the high standard of client services the industry expects from CIH, including the staff who serve our clients. We remain committed as ever to adding value to operations and serving commodity risk management needs in what is sure to be a dynamic and increasingly complex landscape.
