@MikeIsaac Masterbuilt gravity. Inexpensive, gets hot enough to sear (unlike pellets), low enough to smoke, uses charcoal and wood chunks if you want, has a hopper, fan for temp control, Bluetooth control, and much easier to start than a regular charcoal grill. Best of both worlds!
