@rickyazze @Jaaavis No sir, read the opinion. Right out of Mulberry v. Madison 1803. The Virginia Supreme Court just reaffirmed the right of judicial review. The constitutional process was not followed. Honestly, I’m surprised, but the court did the right thing.
