@MichaelLynchy@HLTCO I agree with all of your points, I would add endless boring side to side passing. I know tactics come and go, but I can’t watch some games.
@micklynch57@NCW717 Fair observation made from a Londoner , but isn’t it still very popular in working class homes in Yorkshire, Lancashire and Nottinghamshire?
But I take your point .
Lets not mention crickets declining popularity in the West Indies
@GuillemBalague Winning or not, it’s become boring and predictable. Never a good mix. I have faith that the game will develop new tactics to counter the Pep style. Christ it would seem even some City fans are bored
One of the greatest ever anti-war (Iraq) speeches by the late, great Tony Benn:
“What fools we are to live in a generation for which war is a computer game for our children and just an interesting little channel for news item.
Every Member of Parliament tonight who votes for the Government motion will be consciously and deliberately accepting responsibility for the deaths of innocent people if the war begins.”
@JamesCashman14@FootballAUS You mean take these figures to the state and federal again , and listen to the laughter as the door closes behind you.
It’s been like this for so so long , they are not listening. No votes in it I’m guessing
@djmcbreen The question why did they put on a platform where a lot of people ( myself included) can’t watch it. I run out of patience I’m afraid. I can get my Football fix in others ways
@pieman_78@fitba11 Uncle Tony married a Melb lady. I’m currently negotiating selling a 50% stake in Plenty Valley Lions 😂😩But it’s hit a road block , with our club saying we can never wear a blue kit
@mg91 Haven’t you just sacked the ex Brighton ( and ex Newcastle) Director of Football
Dan Ashworth was highly regarded at Brighton. Seems anybody and everyone can fail at MU
