Sedap betul dia bercakap.
Every state in Malaysia offers special financial aid to tertiary students from their state. But in Sarawak, they do it in a large way, and they DO NOT look at your ethnicity! As long as you are Sarawakian, you get the fee waiver and, if eligible, a stipend.
The Sarawak governmentโs Free Tertiary Education Scheme (FTES) targets up to 10,000 students. As of mid-2026, over 4,690 Sarawakian students have already benefited from the program. The initiative is exclusively for Anak Sarawak pursuing their first full-time undergraduate degree. The program waives tuition fees at four state-owned universities across 64 selected undergraduate courses. The enrolled full-time equivalent (FTE) student numbers for the participating universities include:
Universiti Teknologi Sarawak (UTS): 2,020
Swinburne University: 1,959
Curtin University: 543
i-CATS University College: 172
I am posting this so that Malaysians know there is a way to treat all young Malaysians fairly and equally. All it takes is political will. Sarawak has done it openly. The end results, over the long term, is that many of these FTES graduates will stay back and contribute to Sarawak and feel they have a stake in the development of Sarawak.
Playing racial politics with education will lead to nowhere. That is the lesson the world over. Human resources are the key to prosperity in today's society and Sarawak understands this. (If you are not convinced, just look at Singapore- they have nothing but human resources- the best from the region and beyond via immigration)

To the voters of Skudai, I must say a bitter truth: it is profoundly disappointing to see that the political mindset of our electorate is fundamentally no different from the electorate in Machang who blindly supports Hadi Awang.
We may look different on a demographic chart, but our political paralysis is identical to a deep-seated fear of change that keeps us chained to familiar party logos at the expense of true progress.
The DAPโs glaring apathy toward the dismal 45% voter turnout in our last election is a slap in the face to democracy. They treat Skudai not as a community, but as a cynical experiment in superficial multiracialism, a hollow, on-paper diversity that masks a deeply polarized reality on the ground.
Parading candidates like Marina Ibrahim, and now Kartiyaini Jeyapalan, is no longer about genuine multiracial representation; it is a calculated ploy to exploit a captive vote bank. The party has weaponized our anxieties, locking voters into a fear-based survivalism. We are constantly fed the narrative that blindly handing 90% of the Chinese vote to the DAP is our only shield the only way we can survive as a minority.
Marina Ibrahim served this constituency with exceptional dedication over the past three years, only to be cast aside by internal machinations. Her unceremonious exit exposes a harsh betrayal: the "progressive" label we trusted is an illusion. We naively believed they were guided by integrity, accountability, and justice. Instead, they have succumbed to the exact same rot of patronage, elitism, and backroom power-brokering that plagues the old guard whether it is UMNO, PAS, PKR, BERSATU, AMANAH, MCA, or MIC.
These established institutions have been hijacked by corporate interests, entrenched warlords, and untouchable elites. Society dresses this systemic corruption up in polite terms like "political patronage," but we know exactly what it is: a cross-party cartel that trades our futures for their power.
The hypocrisy is staggering. For over a decade especially when they were in the opposition DAP leaders built their platform on demonizing UMNO as a feudal syndicate of warlords. They stoked our fears, warning us of the dire consequences if the Chinese minority ever fragmented our votes. They sold us fear to secure our loyalty.
Have the progressives we voted to save us simply become the very establishment they once swore to destroy?
Letโs be brutally honest. When politicians tell you they want to establish their base in Johor "because of its beautiful multiracial society" does it sound familiar? Itโs complete bullshit.
Bersama Malaysia isn't here to feed you those recycled lies. We are coming to Johor to build a stronghold for the lost causes, the forgotten, the rebels, and the fiercely anti-establishment. We are here for the disillusioned youth and every Johorean who has lost faith in what true politics was meant to be.
For too long, our political identity has been hijacked. It has been buried under a corrupt system funded by entrenched warlords, street-level gangsterism, out-of-touch elites, and the unseen power brokers pulling the strings from the shadows.
Bersama Malaysia is here to dismantle that. We are stepping into the fray to bring real hope, joy, and unshakable integrity back to the people, taking our politics back from those who bought it.
Dismantling this system is the only way we can restore hope to an uncertain people. "Hope" is a beautiful word, but it only becomes reality when we are truly free to choose our own path without fear.
For N.48 Skudai, Bersama Malaysia candidate Eugene Chua Meng Chong represents that choice. He is the leader you must consider to usher in a new era of representation, one that fundamentally puts the people before politics.

Talk is free and talk is cheap lah!

Cuma:
1. Mengaku salah
2. Minta maaf dgn rakyat Malaysia
3. Bertaubat
4. Keluar dari politik
5. Pulangkan duit dicuri
6. Bayar cukai
..baru boleh isi borang permohonan keampunan
Boleh? Kalau tak kempunan je lah

This should be a signal that voters should vote for PH and Bersama to deny BN and PASโฆfor the sake of Johor & Johoreans specifically, and Malaysia & Malaysians generally!
It will be a shame for Malaysia that a convicted felon and thief, as ruled by the highest court, is still supported by corrupt politicians without feeling ashamed over the globally infamous 1MDB financial scandal.
Betul Hakim Dato Collin Lawrence Sequerah kata dalam penghakimannya -
DSN & penyokong tak pernah tunjuk rasa kesal atas kesalahan rasuah yg dilakukan, sebaliknya menyalahkan pihak lain.
Kegagalan utk menunjukkan rasa kesal itu jadi faktor yg relevan utk mahkamah jatuhkan hukuman setimpal.
The rest is history.
@malaysiakini ๐ kita pulak projects crushing defeat for BN in Johor electionโฆto teach them a good lesson of humility and for their MB arrogance too!
