@lolztehtroll Lower hp pool combined with toning the AOE down a bit + power surge can get like crazy crazy uptimes meaning no need for Tesla or ricochet like other carries

@lolztehtroll I agree with seven being busted but is it more due to how the kit works? Always has a close range stun, has crazy AOE potential combined with AOE meta + urn, would reducing his ranges help or is it a numbers issue. Hes just so damn easy to play, probably needs to be more like a -
