- Would the banks need to issue actual debt? If so what would the interest rate of the debt be tied to or who would guarantee the funds on behalf of the account holder

@9mmsmg Sleep apnea? When I forget or don't use my CPAP that's how I feel in the morning. With CPAP I'm good to go in the AM. It's oxygen deprevation during sleep. Your brain is trying to catch its breathe when you wake up.

@RepLoriTrahan If you don't have a passport, you need your birth cert, SSN and marriage license to get a REAL ID which is required to fly by May. You can use a real ID to vote. Or passport. If you need to pay 100s of dollars to exercise your 2A rights, this is just the cost of rights.
