@askryanair in June you cancelled a flight without telling us. You confirmed a refund for the cancelled flight. You still haven’t allowed us to have the money after many emails letters and call to you as you don’t reply and cut off phone calls. Your tactics are dishonest!

@askryanair in June Ryan air cancelled our flight without advising us, they confirmed we were entitled to a £406 refund. We have been trying to get this money since June but the Ryanair system, people and their deliberate tactics have made this impossible! Ideas?
