@Deliveroo have appalling customer service! Paid for items that didn’t arrive and apparently it didn’t fulfill their remit for a refund. So effectively they stole from us. Having looked on #trustpilot this is happening time and time again- how are they getting away with it?

Over the next few weeks, primary schools have got KS2 SATs, KS1 SATs, Y1 phonics screening check and Y4 multiplication check. That's a huge amount of not massively useful data to gather, and it's just going to get in the way of actual teaching and learning.
