@VirginTrains How bizarre then as everyone today has turned up!!!! All about profit not children’s safety! Every single area in between each carriage has people standing!! I’m not prepared to pay £150 for the privilege of standing by the toilet

@VirginTrains Yes it is an open ticket but you know how many seats are already reserved - you keep letting more and more people on this train???!!!!!Standing as a family of five for 2 hours is acceptable?????? I think not!!!! £150 to stand for two hours????

@VirginTrains I bought at the train station in Shrewsbury this morning - don’t let people get on the train if there aren’t enough seats! Two coaches of unreserved seating is simply not acceptable
