Since the ruling in the ASA-backed Jensen case, we have engaged with Attorneys General and senior staff from across the country to fix as much as possible based on each state’s statutes and AG’s authority.

We have also worked with our partners to draft and introduce legislation to fix the statutes in each and every affected state.

ASA will continue to champion legislation until law-abiding citizens in EVERY state share the same freedoms to purchase and possess suppressors.

ASA will not stop working until suppressors are legal in ALL 50 states and are FULLY out of the NFA!

I'm being 100% serious when I say this. I will volunteer to become the DOW Senior Advisor on establishing actual concealed carry policies across every installation in the Department of War.

Right now the installation commanders are ignoring the lawful order from April and I will gladly fix it post haste.

Under current federal law, the only way to carry everywhere, is to have permits everywhere.

Unfortunately not every state allows an out of state resident or 18-20 year olds to get these permits, leading to a defacto ban on public carry.

This is why we have taken on and won with these issues.
