@FlyanRyan @GateHub After 8 days I received PART of my ETH and BTC deposits. Have sent several support tickets with no response. Missing some of the BTC and ETH deposits. The wallet says no deposit fees so I’m confused. Looks like it’s being held in a cold Wallet. Any ideas?
