@educator4ever36 The WWCH needs to be the starting point instead of something that is completely ignored. It seems impossible, but we really need an institution that is free of corruption by politics or financial incentives, and that's the closest thing we have.

@educator4ever36 This may be broadly true, but I've seen administrators use imperfect tier 1 implementation by teachers as cover for a complete lack of tier 2 interventions.
@dilanesper My take is similar. The professionals in that community didn't trust the public/government to be able to handle levels of uncertainty (which they are totally right about), so they communicated more confidence than was actually warranted.
