Test screenings had different endings (All much better and coherent than the final one) and everyone assumed that they were watching unfinished CGI and visuals since that's what they were literally told.

Sometimes an image stays with you for years.

When the first photo of Henry Cavill as Superman was released, it instantly felt iconic — Superman emerging from the vault, calm, powerful, unstoppable.

While working on this Absolute Superman piece, I couldn’t resist paying homage to that image. It’s my interpretation of that moment, pushing the energy and intensity a bit further.

Superman has always been one of my favorite characters to draw.

Hoy los trombones del Bronx inspiran mi agradecimiento a Dios y a la vida por haberme permitido escuchar la genialidad de un artista que comunicaba a través de su creatividad y sensibilidad. Su influencia está incrustada en mi cerebro y en mi corazón. Nací en el Lincoln Hospital cuando su música acaparaba la atención de las multitudes.

Una mañana escuchaba “Ché Ché Colé”, al mediodía “Pedro Navaja”, en la tarde “Ya Llegó” y en la noche “Oh, Qué Será?”.Un artista genio que se adaptaba de músico a productor, de productor a corista y de corista a cantante principal. Su confianza lo llevó, como productor, a crear éxitos con diferentes cantantes.En mi humilde opinión,es el productor más influyente que ha dado la salsa.

Solo tuve una oportunidad de conocerlo detrás de un escenario en Nueva York.

¡GRACIAS, MAESTRO WILLIE COLÓN, POR SU ARTE! Que Dios lo reciba al ritmo de “La Murga”. Q.E.P.D.

In ZSJL it's just an irrelevant line delivery that no one would have noticed if it weren't for how bad it was in 2017 JL.
