@kurtispm8@kylenabecker The optics are bad, but ultimately I agree. I sense that he knows the challengers don't have the support. I think he also knows endorsing an opponent won't get enough support either. It's still the swamp.
@VanityFair Why did you take the orders of Bill Clinton when he ordered your magazine not to publish articles about Jeffrey Epsteinโs sex trafficking network?
@SCMountainGoat Didnโt California go red over Dukakis? What about R Governors? Do people have such short memories? Do people not realize that Californians often culture war virtue-signal to the woke and then go home to quietly vote fiscal?
Itโs very possible that this person is a conservative living in a leftist area, but the overall point is that generally, people wanna armchair quarterback their politics and serve virtue by voting horribly in these areas, only to wake up when something bad happens to their face. They donโt really care about putting a stop to this happening to someone else until that happens.
@KonstantinKisin The frequency at which these sorts of accusations are exploited and weaponized are reason alone to dismiss them outright. Hard disagree.
@EudaimoniaEsq Venture capitalists who invest in tech companies also invest in real estate and they are feeling the loss of brick and mortar. Or friends of VCs and such. Itโs a tech-cultural push by the C-Suite all across the valley.
