@SouthwestAir @CIOMusings Southwest will NOT win this. I used to fly them 3-4 times a week. Thank god I don’t anymore. SWA you guys are going to lose this unless you specifically guide the customer to the Delta or AA model. But you can’t teach millions of us that chose you because we hated that model.
