2nd visit to Hodders Coombe, 4 m Pied Fly, 2 Redstart, m&f Blackcap, Willow Warb and towards Shepherds Coombe a m&f Yellowhammer. @bto_somerset1
@BES1943@bto_somerset1 I suppose we cannot be everywhere at the same time. I am going tomorrow, do you know where they were seen? Sutton Mallet was good, I must have seen 30+ Sedge Warb and nobody ever goes there.
South of Sutton Mallet. Whitethroat, Reed Warb, Sedge Warb (seems like one in every bramble), Reed Bunting, Lapwing, Blackcap, Stonechat, Skylark, Cuckoo,Crane and a Wheatear. @bto_somerset1
Hodders Coombe,Quantocks. Song Thrush, Nuthatch, Pied Flycatcher and on the way to Shepherds Coombe, Willow Warb, Blackcap and a Yellowhammer, but no Redstart. @bto_somerset1
Steart. A viewing platform has been built at the western end of Otterhampton Marsh. A few weeks ago the 2 pools had waders in them, hopefully in the spring some will be seen. @bto_somerset1
