Further to the above post, without damaging the reputation of Premier Inn even more, it’s a shame the scammers have come out the woodwork, calling me on WhatsApp from mobile numbers. I will remove/report any scammers on here… Nuff said!

Shame on @premierinn Raised a complaint recently about a Liverpool site. No response from local site & Head office refused to uphold complaint or take Complaint relates to cowboy car park @ParkMaven_ op employed by Premier Inn. Talk about accessibility. Could have fooled me!
