Even worse than that, could be liquid monitors (the paint), not lit with LEDs, but able to interface with a computer and change the chemical composition using nano tech so that the color you want is seen. My impulse is of course that he should be executed. It was attempted murder of somebody, presumably the guest of honor. However, consider the opportunity we would have to have this guy hired by CNN. Sentenced to having to work for CNN... The now 15% CNN may be on to something.
