@345marcel Its my go to. Try to do a 30 min session before bed everynight (try to). Effects are amazing, easier to get to sleep and better form and more control in the gym. Would also recommend hatha for alignment and posture

@DionysianAgent Just been through this myself, 9 weeks in from not training for about a year. So much fun to see the body change so fast. One thing I have noticed is that the strength does come back as fast
