Yes, my company had a block of rooms and the Courtyard in Kirkland, Washington couldn’t get it right. I had to get a Lyft at 1:30 am to another hotel 10 min away! Great customer service for a long time loyal Marriott client!!! #courtyardbymarriott #marriott #MarriottBonvoy

Love going to check in at Marriott Courtyard in Kirkland. Washington. It is 1 am as my flight was delayed.Only to find out they are oversold & moved me 10 miles away. Great! No rental car so have to Uber to a hotel I passed on the way to Kirkland. #marriott

I have been getting calls for 6 weeks from a debt collector for a bill I already paid to CHI. I have called the billing dept 4x at CHI and mailed along w faxing a copy of the cleared check cashed by CHI and they tell me no record of it. Terrible experience! #chihealth

@sheratonhotels what is up with your hotel in Nashville? In particular the Sheraton Music City property? I was charged for a room that was not mine. I have called 10 times, most of the times I am on hold for over 10 minutes, I have talked to 2 supervisors and nothing back!
