@passportwaiting First adult passport for my daughter, upgrade from child as now 16. 18 days from submission to delivery last Friday.

@passportwaiting 18 days from submission online to delivery of passport today. First adult passport for my child who previously held a child passport. Longest part was waiting for acknowledgment of old passport which took 13 days.

@welcomebreak currently for over 30 minutes in the queue to leave the car park at your M11 services! Still can’t see the exit! Absolutely ridiculous!!!

@TweetBluewater very concerned following a visit today. No social distancing, minimal mask wearing, no ability to follow the one way system and multiple groups of young people just congregated with nobody obviously trying to enforce guidance! Covid breading ground! Appalling!

@CostaCoffee I have never had such poor service and been spoken to in such a condescending way as I was today in your Maidstone Next branch! I am a 40 year old woman and was sarcastically spoken to, in a packed cafe, like a child! I will not be returning!
