@XfinitySupport Love it, was sent an article as to why it may be my fault my internet speed upgrade might not be working vs Xfinity simply owning the fact their service has some challenges they aren't able to address. come on Xfinity! And an outdated recommendation of ethernet!
@XfinitySupport Upgraded to 800 mbps internet speed to hopefully resolve internet slow issue and and not even close to delivering 800 mbps but only 430 mbps. So, I am paying for 600 mbps more and getting 230 mbps more. I think your calculations are way off! This is a black hole!
