@LQcontactus so I'm now looking at 5 days with no water supply...but its ok because I've been shown how to turn it off and on...except I'm not strong enough to do so! Not the first time either...

@lisa298 @MartinSLewis My 12 year old learned about politics and voting since primary school, they held their own elections too. She is far more clued up than I was at 17. I don't think young people are given enough credit

@KelseyMPH How awful that this is not the way things are always done. I was 10 when I was intubated in icu after a bad reaction to anaesthetic. I couldn't move or open my eyes but I could hear. I heard my family talking about me with concern but not one person spoke to me, explained to me.

Then your customer satisfaction survey is completely unfair because I cannot fault your call centre staff, they are professional, friendly amd polite, unfortunately they also have to follow your protocols. And god knows who was even responsible for the decision over the boiler!

Wouldn't mind so much if the system was even any good but it doesn't even provide enough hot water for two people to shower on the same day...barely enough to fill a bath and god forbid you want to do dishes.
