7 reasons why am I bullish with @ThePlagueNFT
P.S. NFA and DYOR
Here's the SHORT 📜:
1. The founder @A_Pons_Asinorum has good intentions, maybe I'm wrong but his actions so far can speak for itself
2. @rimbikd will get his masters and will be able to bring more value to the
This aged well and now I’m in after 8!months of waiting and not knowing if I will get in or not (elusive and expensive)
Wish me luck and lets go
Thank you Lord for the blessings
@ronawaysparks Thank you Ron for the reminder
Found a mentor (though he is not accepting students yet) to a generational skill (not web3), I’m patiently waiting for my turn though as the line is long.
I’ll make sure to pass the experience of the mentorship
Better days ahead, great day Ron!
Today’s @LT3NFT gif 🙆♂️
Currently, we’re averaging around 100k views a day on @GIPHY. Consistency over the span of months will take us further
Think we have a shot at playing catch up with the big dogs with how things are looking now on the Giphy side.
Never missing a day of ts
I'll help carry the flag for the @JirasanOfficial community.
These days seem a bit empty. NFT's are down, market is volatile and sentiment is confused.
The one thing that's a constant during these times .. COMMUNITY.

Ever notice how people still flock to big names, even when the posts are mid?
That's not the algo. That's just psychology.
Familiarity feels safe, so people click what they already know.
If you get that, you can use it.
The real edge isn't reach. It's consistency, clarity, and showing up when no one's watching.
In InfoFi worlds, leaderboards love big numbers. But reach fades when there's no value behind it.
Smaller creators who keep putting out real stuff always end up winning long term.
So here's the play:
- Post things that start real convos, not empty hype.
- Reply to people like it matters. Build your lane, not someone else's.
- Support creators who actually try. That energy loops back.
Every cycle resets.
Keep creating. Keep engaging. The ones still standing at the end are the ones who never stopped showing up.

Looking on the timeline & in chats & thinking about all the time people have spent here the past 4 years
I see people who are frustrated
I see people leaving
I see people who have lost all hope
I see people who hang on to the hope that something has to hit big cause this can’t all be for nothing
Most know they chose to be here but it doesn’t make it easier to accept the reality of it all. When I see people who are disappointed I feel like i just got punched in the stomach
Especially when it’s good people & those who have contributed so much in so many ways - I see you
I want people to win
I want people to spend their time on what really matters to them
I want people to stop clicking the hope button only to be disappointed again
They say the next big thing is around the corner & don’t be sidelined but when is it enough?
Now.
Stop it.
This isn’t 2020 / 2021 anymore where people are locked down at home with nothing to do & nowhere to go (and I hope that never happens again)
My first discord I grinded to level 20 knowing full well that type of activity was unsustainable yet I continued to do it only to be immediately rugged & I still don’t know why (but I never did it again)
Why do others still grind to this day?
Cause in Web3 you gotta work for your bags… who made that rule?
*You don’t have to*
*You don’t owe anyone or any project anything*
*You can let it all go & you will still be ok*
*That one post or reply you were about to do is not going to make or break the project*
*It’s not your fault*
*Touch grass*
It’s hard to get to the point to consider so many ventures lost / done but it can also give you a sense of freedom to let go
Especially when you see you are competing for attention with an abyss of AI bots how does a real one stand a chance?
Is there something special about this place or is it just a memory of a time we all connected when the world was in chaos?
I see founders carry on but I’m not sure if their expectations on what’s possible make sense
People don’t want to “invest” or mint or even support anymore… Some don’t mind to continue “gambling”but for how long?
Is this still an emerging industry or perpetual casino?
The tactics of the old paradigm are so obvious and exhausting
No one is coming to buy our bags but maybe just maybe 1 or 2 or 3 projects will pay off?
I’m not holding my breath for a rising tide anymore
People don’t want to buy new bags we have seen so many mints completely flop, cut supply / price on multiple chains
After overestimating the potential of too many projects over time which ended in underwhelm at best I just don’t have the bandwidth to try new things anymore. It will take way too much for new ventures to get my trust. I believe many others here are thinking this way.
What more can anyone new provide that isn’t already here?
Socially interactive experiences
Games
Art & entertainment
Some rewards / prizes if you are lucky
The question I had someone ask in my DMs:
Is it worth it to be here?
For me the answer is simple:
I’m here because I said I would be
I made a promise to support the project I work for & my community deserves delivery. Honouring my word matters to me.
But these days it’s really difficult to be “Sunny Side Up”
It feels inauthentic. One day I literally cancelled my space cause I knew I could not be positive that day & I’m committed to empower others not bring them down
I absolutely believe you are better off in crypto if you find a supportive, trustworthy tribe to learn & grow with - best chance is probably an NFT community (as opposed to coin communities)
There are some projects here I still love & would recommend
But I feel like I need a change. I don’t know if that’s means joining the peanut gallery & yelling on the internet but maybe that would be more entertaining. Maybe it would be a kind of release / way to clear a new path forward. I definitely think a big change in sentiment is over due. Too many people here deserve better. 💕
