Why is it so hard to speak to a person at any store or online ? I want to place an order but need to know that you have stock for it to be delivered ! I can only add 1 to basket, is there a mobile order limit ?

@AldiUK Hi, I have spoken to many staff members at a few stores local to me and they do not know when to expect it, none have had stock since before Xmas, and say they have no way of ordering due to warehouse being centralised now, it’s disappointing

Unfortunately your staff don’t seem to know, they often remove the tickets when I ask, some stores do not have tickets, and some also tell me they’re discontinued ?? No help really 🤷🏻‍♀️

@AldiUK Not sure why I have to send a DM but could you advise on the consistency of the Brooklea protein salted caramel yogurt as the last 2 I’ve had have been very runny, whereas they’re normally a thick consistency. Had the recipe changed just so I am aware as I was a little worried
