Users of the latest version of Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) were earlier unable to download from DawsonERA. We are pleased to report this has been resolved. The issue did not affect previous versions of ADE on MacOS, iOS, Windows or Android.
To complete system maintenance dawsonera will be unavailable from 11pm (GMT) on Saturday 26th January until 3am (GMT) on Sunday 27th January. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
To complete routine maintenance dawsonera will be unavailable from 10pm BST on Saturday 27th October to 2am BST Sunday 28th October. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but thank you for your understanding.
The preventative maintenance work was completed successfully within 1 hour and the service has been operational since 11pm. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The era platform is now back up and running, however from 10pm until midnight tonight dawsonera will be offline whilst we conduct some preventative maintenance. Normal service will then be resumed. Apologies for the inconvenience cause, but thank you for your patience.

Following our earlier tweet regarding technical interruptions with dawsonera, our engineers are working on a series of corrective action and a further update will be provided at 7pm. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused
