@johnlewishelp But yes, please feed back to your Dorchester Poundbury store if they are unable to offer the service as advertised, they should be removed from being a collection location. Please stop this happening to anyone else. Why isn't there a manager present before 2pm anyway?

@johnlewishelp had I know there were collection restrictions I would never have ordered. I've now lost time, money& very unlikely to be able collect my holiday currency. I used John Lewis as I didn't think you'd be able to mess this up for me, how wrong was I!! #verydisappointed

@johnlewishelp That really doesn't help with getting access to my currency.I've made a complaint,but again still doesn't help getting access to my money. Totally disappointing & terrible service from John Lewis. If your only going to offer half a service you should advertise it as so. #furious

@johnlewishelp Had I been made aware of the collection restrictions when you emailed me with to advise my order ready for collection collection, I may have been able to make arrangements through work to collect when you're manager was there, but now I've lost that opportunity....

Thanks so much @johnlewishelp for adding to my holiday stress. Turned up to collect my currency but refused it because there wasn't a manager in store to open the safe. I don't know if I can get back to the store before my flight and I'm furious about this terrible service....

@Tesco Hey... further to my moaning at the beginning of the year, would just like to say I'm loving the Pollen + Grace lunch options now available at your Poole store... This now gives me a lunch option avoiding troublesome egg and wheat... #allergies #happy

Thank you. I am using a @Tesco extra on the tower park complex, it's a big store so if my options limited here I'm not going hunting on my lunch break to be disappointed by a smaller store! U used to offer a cauli rice salad, this was perfect but not available anymore 🙁

Hey @BBCSounds @BBC that's a bit rubbish I can't listen to your radio shows outside your own app. This will ultimately reduce me listening to your shows, I'll be sticking with my trusty radio app and not switching between apps when on the go and at work....

We bought gerbils from Dorchester store last week. Lady who helped was #AMAZING so knowledgeable, interacted beautifully with my kids, genuine passion. Not sure her name, on a uni hol, blonde lady but she made our experience absolutely perfect. Thank u @PetsatHome
