@vfsglobalcare VFS website is really pathetic so is their service. Every time I try to login I get this attached error. It never works. Their twitter handle will only respond once generic reply after that no support. Customer care is also useless.

Hi ,I have recently booked flight from Switzerland to Bombay. While booking and in iterenery baggage it is showing as 30kg but when i call customer of partner airline they are saying it’s 23kg.
It’s so confusing and there is no active customer care number of indigo
