لقد استند اتفاق 27 نوفمبر إلى قرار مجلس الأمن الدولي رقم 1701 (2006)، الذى ينص على التالي:
- خلو المنطقة الواقعة جنوب نهر الليطاني من أي قوات مسلحة باستثناء الجيش اللبناني وقوات اليونيفيل.
- وقف جميع الهجمات عبر الخط الأزرق.
- احترام كامل لسيادة لبنان وأجوائه.

كما أضاف الاتفاق الجديد جدولًا زمنيًا للانسحاب على أن تغادر القوات الإسرائيلية الأراضي اللبنانية التي احتلتها بحلول 26 يناير 2025.

إلا أن الاعتداءات تواصلت.

🚨’The Hit Is In’ for Marwan Barghouti

Freed prisoner Mahmoud al-Ara’dah told Al Araby TV that Marwan Barghouti, the veteran Fatah leader widely seen as a singular unifying political figure, is “the number one targeted prisoner in the system.”

He said that “from the moment the war began, a war began against Marwan and against his family.” Ben Gvir, he added, personally entered Barghouti’s cell and told him: “You will go out in a wheelchair. We will execute you.”

After eight months in solitary confinement at Rimon, Barghouti was transferred to Megiddo prison — which al-Ara’dah described as “a real slaughterhouse” where “major crimes are taking place.”

He said the “hit is there” for Barghouti. Earlier today, the Palestinian Prisoners’ Media Office reported Barghouti lost consciousness and suffered four broken ribs after being brutalized by Israeli guards during his transfer from Rimon to Megiddo Prison in mid-September.
