Sooooo…. Bias doesn’t always look like slurs or violence. Sometimes it looks like who gets isolated first, who gets believed least, who gets labeled “too much,” and who becomes the easiest person to vote out. That’s exactly why these conversations matter.
This is exactly why I’d love to do another TV show. I genuinely believe people like myself, and so many other alphabet people I know, can become the anomaly that challenges those social patterns. Sometimes all it takes is someone refusing to fit into the role people subconsciously assign them. The more we’re seen as fully realized, complex people instead of stereotypes or …”the other,” the harder those biases become to maintain.
