#Delta what's with taking money for a Delta One seat on a direct to Johannesburg then canceling the flight weeks later & transferring to a connecting flight THEN moving to a flight that leaves 24 hours earlier & giving their previous paid for Delta One seat away with zero refund?

@British_Airways My wife's Dec 29 flight was canceled without notice. She rebooked & was charged for new flight + change fee. Submitted claim w British Airways and got reply refund would take 18-21 days. It's been six weeks! Can't reach anyone who knows any details! Please Help!
