I'm not a regular guy . I don't fit-in any ethnic,religion.....stereotype , I'm just myself. Independent minded,advocate for good governance & Leadership .
The men who built America were entrepreneurs.
Henry Ford, J.P. Morgan, Andrew Carnegie, John D. Rockefeller
and Cornelius Vanderbilt were entrepreneurs. Not Politicians.
You can contribute to nation building without vying for President.
“I’m more aggressive now because I’ve seen opportunities I never knew existed.” — Aliko Dangote
Africa’s richest man shares a mindset shift that every entrepreneur should hear
Dangote says Obasanjo has never given him any favor directly.
He says he finances election campaigns for president because he is looking for good governance.
Recently, I notice that I now see DPOs at Checkpoints which is a very good one. On my way to the airport last week (around 5:45am), officers around Anthony stopped my Vehicle and asked me and the driver to alight for a search. I obliged but managed to control my laughter (it had never happened before). They asked me to identify myself, I gave them my complimentary card, as soon as he saw it, he quickly raised his voice (most likely a call to manage the situation with mutual respect so things don’t go bad) to his DPO who was with the Driver trying to check the Boot that “He’s a Lawyerrrrrrrrr”. I wanted to laugh at this point too but I controlled myself. DPO asked the Driver not to open the boot again and approached me. He introduced himself and said he’s a Lawyer too. We exchanged pleasantries and I was asked to continue my journey.
When I see them on the road, I cooperate 100%. I don’t even speak to them unless they ask questions. I mostly don’t look at their side if I’m being driven so as not to interfere. When they engage me and we talk, we leave each other with mutual respect. My vehicle papers will always be complete and labelled for ease of access , I will always obey your lawful instructions but the moment you cross the line, we are going to address it properly.
I hope that the renewed momentum gathered by the Police will continue for as long as possible. The Nigerian Police has to function properly if we are to arrest the current security situation in this Country. Internal security should mostly be for them to handle and for that to happen, the Police must be able to do the job effectively.
I'm going to say something that might upset some people, but I believe it deeply and the evidence backs it up.
The single most powerful thing Black people anywhere in the world can do to fight racism is to become collectively wealthy.
Not just individually successful, but wealthy as a community.
I watched this happen with other groups. When Japan was poor, Japanese people in America were put in internment camps. When Japan got rich, suddenly everyone wanted a Toyota and Japanese culture became aspirational.
Korean Americans were targets of violence in the early 1990s. Today, after South Korea's economic rise, Korean culture is one of the most admired in the world.
The pattern is so consistent it's almost boring: poverty invites contempt, prosperity commands respect.
So when I hear debates about fighting racism in America, I always think the same thing. Yes, call out injustice when you see it, absolutely. But also build businesses, create wealth, and invest in your children's education like your life depends on it.
Make your community so economically powerful that discrimination becomes expensive for anyone who practices it.
That is how you win the game everyone else already figured out.
Your blessings will sometimes be dressed in packages you have disqualified because of your biases, and that's going to be you, completely standing in your own way.
If you take yourself away from your source of inspiration, you're going to lose steam. Guess what? You're going to lose steam for as long as you are away.
There's no miracle that will get you to continue, except you are fully connected and aligned with what pushes you and gives you the forward momentum.
If you want to move and continue to succeed, you need to be physically involved in rearranging your life in such a way that you are physically, mentally, and emotionally present where the push is.
IS IT FUNKE OKPEKE'S TIME ? ALBEIT MAIN ONE..
When news broke out yesterday that CBN has issued new regulatory guidelines mandating Financial institutions to localise their payment data in Nigeria......Some Nigerians out of ignorance had issues with it.....but I did not ( refer to my post yesterday)
I saw endless opportunities for Nigerian companies like MAIN ONE, founded by Funke Okpeke, former CTO of MTN and now MD/ CEO of Main One.
This company invested over N4 Billion with funding from AFC to build a Tier 4 Data Center over 10 yrs ago, and last year partnered with Equinix Inc. ( a NASDAQ Coy) to upgrade to LG2.3 DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE.
But as usual with Nigerians that love too much foreign everything even when we have it locally; most, if not all the Banks ( the highest spender of forex on cloud hosting ) would rather deploy on AWS ( Amazon) or Azure ( Microsoft) Cloud offshore. Thereby denying local data center/ digital infrastructure service providers tens of millions of $USD in revenues.
With this new announcements, over the next 6 months to Jan 1 deadline, i wont be surprised seeing rush to MAIN ONE and similar!
1) Deepening in IT sector
2) More jobs for IT professionals
3) More money for service providers
4) Increased local IT skills development
5) Reduction in FX demand to pay offshore service providers
6) Potential FDI
7) Economy benefits...Nigerians benefit.
Kudos to Oluyemi Cardoso
Kudos CBN
No worries ADC will be on the Ballot..
" They " are just vigorously shaking the table to unsettle the party people so that they focus on running around and get distracted from important electioneering ....while time closes on January 2027....
You Gerrit me? 😅😅🤣🤣
Fery good...😅😅
Tinubu and his supporters: When Publicity Matters More Than Lives.
It is bad enough when a government fails to protect its citizens. It is even worse when that same government appears more concerned about citizens reporting the killings than about stopping them.
Across Nigeria, not only ordinary citizens but also brave men and women of the Armed Forces continue to lose their lives while elected officials grow fat on the privileges of office. It takes a special kind of evil to worry more about negative publicity than about ending the killings, kidnappings, and insecurity plaguing the nation.
I genuinely did not know this was a thing until someone showed me in a parking lot.
And I stood there watching the car do it by itself thinking... we are living in a completely different era.
People are still white-knuckling into tight spots, sweating, pulling up, reversing, overcorrecting.
The car is sitting there like, "I got this."
The gap between what technology can already do and what most people know about it is wild.
Not because the features are hidden.
Because we get used to our tools and stop asking what else they can do.
Your phone, your car, your software at work... most of them are doing maybe 30 percent of what they are actually capable of.
The rest is just sitting there, waiting for you to get curious.
If this is true...then you understand why BANDITRY no gree go!!
It is dusheartening that while FG Nationalised the CRUDE OIL RESERVES AND PRODUCTION in Niger Delta as National Assets...and tighly controls and secures them. Then collects the revenue from Oil into FAAC and share
Meanwhile it not so with Solid Minerals in the North as over 90% is privately smuggled by Northern oligarchs in connivance with Foreigners kike Chinese.....
Why cant FG apply same measure it uses on Crude Oil???

Barack and I were so honored to have @AkunyiliCrosby create our portrait for the Obama Presidential Center. Her artistic brilliance shines through — and the way she infused such life and joy into the piece is truly extraordinary. We love it, and we think everyone who visits the Center will too!
Many young people will likely hate stocks by the time the market is done with them. You don't buy them like akara; you need top-notch research, strategy, and counsel
Dear IMF,
Nigeria DOES NOT need to increase any VAT rate nor extend taxes to essential commodities like fuel to increase IGR......
Naaaa... that recommendation depicts lack of depth and lazy way to shore up Tax Revenue....it is easy way out but overly burdensome on Tax compliant Nigerians.
What Govt needs is to retain existing taxes and EXPAND THE TAX NET!
Why?
Trust me not more of 20% of taxable individuals and businesses pay tax.
The rest 80% DO NOT.
Govt must invest in RevTech Platforms & Human resources to optimize TAX COMPLIANCE AND COLLECTIONS.
And there are 5 key innovative strategies to shore up compliance and collections to hit at least 50% in one year.

Forget long talk, the true test of an ultra-rich man is the net worth of his lowest employee. King Solomon's boys rejected silver because their level of wealth in the palace was different. Elon Musk has shown that again
REPORT CARD.
This is the VALUE IMPACT of the reforms...
So when people show us exchange rate and Price of fuel difference alone, they show lack of depth.
Because the result of the reform that corrected significant imbalances is what we are after!!
What a week this has been. Things can change in an instant. It could be adversely or positively.
One thing I know I will never touch again is Red Bull. One 20 Cedis can of Red Bull to keep me awake while driving, and I ended up spending a fortune in hospital. An avalanche.
