@AirCanada its been 2days and we still havent resolved this. Chats ended midway over DM and your customer care team over the phone are telling me something different from what you told me over twitter! Pls help
@AirCanada i just spent the last hour explaining to your customer care unit that my friend just had a stroke and cant fly so would need to reschedule his flight but no one seems to be helping! Pls can you help? I assume there should be compassionate grounds to reschedule flights
