Just a thought, have been reading each year that people and organization are not paying municipal taxes and those run into crores, can we attach it with the electricity bill without which neither people nor organisation can run and pay tax.

@bpradhanodisha Is it something used only in bhubaneswar or entire India. Why not govt force builders that they cannot register or sale area more than the total built up area approved in the building plan, is this sba derived by builders by using vague means.
