A Little About Me and My Journey So Far

My name is Ayodeji David, and I’m a passionate learner currently on a journey to become a software developer. Coding has become more than just something I do it’s something I love deeply.

[David Ayodeji @dayvidayodeji]

Excitement because I get to continue pursuing my dreams — but worry because I’ll be returning without a laptop to keep learning and practicing what I love.

Still, I’m holding on to hope. I believe that hard work, faith, and community can change stories

Day 48 of #100DaysOfCode

Today, I explored more about CSS display properties particularly how to control how elements appear on a webpage.

I practiced using display: inline to arrange items horizontally and also learned how to hide elements using display: none.

[David Ayodeji @dayvidayodeji]

the more I realize how CSS gives structure, beauty, and meaning to a page.

Each day’s progress, no matter how small, brings me closer to becoming a better web developer.

but I also believe in community and I know that sometimes, the next step forward starts with asking for help.

Thank you for reading, and thank you to everyone who’s been part of my journey so far.

My Coding Journey Without a Laptop

Learning how to code has been one of the most exciting and challenging things I’ve ever done — but lately, it’s been even harder.

For the past few weeks, I’ve been learning with my sister’s laptop because I don’t have one of my own.

[David Ayodeji @dayvidayodeji]

The thought of slowing down or pausing this journey breaks my heart, especially after coming this far.

If anyone could assist with a used laptop, sponsorship, or even connect me to someone who might help, I would be deeply grateful.

I believe in perseverance

Day 47 of #100DaysOfCode

Today’s focus was on CSS borders and how different border styles can completely change the look and feel of a webpage.

I experimented with the inset border style and adjusted the padding, margin

[David Ayodeji @dayvidayodeji]

It’s not just about writing code anymore; it’s about understanding structure and style.
Slowly but surely, I’m becoming more comfortable with the language of design through code.
