So, I think I've found a pattern (with feedback from my viewers). If you play on Steam and change your preset, then go into training, you get 30fps. When you tab out and back into the game, you get your normal fps again. Can any Steam players confirm this?

@Ironlucaaa its just sometimes you get 10 fps and if u tab out and back in its fixed and a pattern is if i change my preset/banner or whatever its just drops to 30 unles i tab out and back in. also theres a issue where i feel like i get ddosed or where im lagging eventough i have a good ping
