@kinsellawarren Imagine had she seen photos of him on stage with his shirt off!
What a legend there will only ever be one Zepplin and one Robert Plant. The greatest there ever was.
On April 1, 2001, Hooters held a beer sales contest for its employees, offering a Toyota as the grand prize. One employee, Jodee Berry, excelled in sales and won the contest. However, instead of receiving a car, she was given a toy Yoda with a note claiming the contest was an April Fools' joke.
Berry sued Gulf Coast Wings, Inc., Hooters' corporate owner, for breach of contract and fraudulent misrepresentation. In 2002, Berry and the company reached a settlement, with Berry receiving an undisclosed amount of money. Her attorney, David Noll, stated that the settlement would allow Berry to purchase any Toyota she desired.
@GaryGensler@SECGov why has there been no indictment on Sam Tribucco?? He was Co-Ceo of Almeda and yet none of the charges are against him. Was he not the co architect of this great FTX fraud?? Or had he gone full Donnie Brasco? Very odd! Enquiring minds want to know!!
@malekanoms@BillAckman@SBF_FTX@SBF_FTX ignorance and stupidity is no legal defence. Worse throwing your team under the bus to say you’re innocent is disgusting and immoral
7) ghost all your creditors and disappear into the sunset
8) move to a non-extradition country, wait for someone else to blow up, larp
don’t let these guys come back, what they’re doing is disgusting. Struck out in FX, struck out in crypto. Go strike out somewhere else next
@jimcramer An 8bio hole is not just retail deposits. Too much co-mingling of assets and no independent oversight of risk. Not just open to fraud but build for fraud.
