@ScottishPower @SP_EnergyPeople so I've came home to no electricity at all, no power cuts in area and my meter has enough credit, why can I not report this as an emergency bearing in mind my property is all electric.

So after day 3 of no gas to heat new place and numerous calls and chasing shops for a card that @ScottishPower said stock them ..they didn't I was told I'd deffo be sorted today. Took time off work in hospital to be home for engineer and ITS A NO SHOW

Today I got a message asking if I'd like an engineer to come out I agreed.. been sat aiming for 4 hour (which is time the suppose to arrive) I managed to get leave from work (hospital) and guess what...ITS A NO SHOW
