@Travel_Up This company is a shame, just waited 3 and a half hours to get through to be told it will take 4 to 6 weeks for a refund. Totally shocking!!

[Darren @dazarich123]

@Travel_Up Requested a refund over a week ago. Nothing back yet. Waited over 3 hours on customer service and was cut off. Terrible service don't ever book with this company.

@Travel_Up How on earth are you surpost to get through to your customer services. 4 hours in a queue to then be cut off!!

[Darren @dazarich123]

@currys what do you need to do to get a complaint resolved. Live chat and telephone is shocking customer services?
