Often when people say "I've had a shit day" they're not looking for solutions to their problems or to have their emotions fixed. They're simply wanting you to hold space for them & allow them to vent without questions or judgement. To listen & simply "show up" for them.
@BurgerKing sitting in a drive through at one of your restaurants stuck even though no milkshakes or ice cream counted 9 cars going through macdonalds next door drive through to every one at yours ... useless service
