@virginmedia The automated person doesn’t ask, it just keeps saying try again. The fact a customer has to come on to Twitter to make contact, a public forum removes privacy and dignity
@virginmedia I need to speak to someone about tv/broadband. Text not can’t help. I can’t remember my memorable word and there is no hint or a way round it in the call. I just want to speak to someone, when I call it knows my postcode, so it knows who I am!
