The delay was entirely from your support team, not from me.
Your app showed a delivery time of 45+ minutes — there is absolutely no possibility that the restaurant prepared the meal in the 3–4 minutes before my cancellation request.
@zomatocare@zomato until the restaurant prepared the food. Only after the meal was cooked did your team refuse cancellation and attempted to impose a ₹300+ charge on me. This is nothing but a clear tactic to force customers into paying.

This is a final warning regarding my recent order.
I did NOT receive any call from your executive, no one attempted delivery, and yet the order was marked as completed and I was unlawfully charged.
@Paytmcare you guys are so shameless it’s been 40 days today my refund is not been processed..what the hell every time same reply sorry for the inconvenience..cheap people.
