@NASUWT Don't forget the 13wks paid holiday per year! In 18yrs of working as support staff in a school I have never seen a teacher work for than a couple of days either side of summer hols. Not during other hols. PPA time at home too. Yet support staff SLT work the lot, for no extra pay!
