Important advice. Make sure to ask your GP or practice nurse if you are taking your inhalers correctly and at the right times.

A reminder that if you have ever received a diagnosis of asthma & are on prescribed medications you should be ideally having a check up with your GP once a year.
Using multiples of blue inhalers per year is usually a sign of poor control!
