Pune Southern Command Hospital AICTS and other Super speciality hospitals don't allow civilians to avail the facilities of OPD. They allow Defence and Ex-defence personnel only. May I request

you to allow atleast senior citizens to avail the facilities of OPD in these Super Speciality Hospitals. These facilities may be permitted on payment basis. This will save lac of senior citizens who have served nations in their youth from the cruel hands of Private Hospitals
