Hitting a weird error when trying to do a 2017 sql server restore from the GUI. Select device instead of database and it brings up a select media device screen where I can hit Add. I hit add and get error 8115, arithmetic overflow on data type int. Any ideas?
@pshore73 Thanks for checking! This is on a Windows server 2016 version 10.0.14393 and SQL Server 2017 CU16. I have other environments on the same builds but I’m not getting the error there. Just been a super weird day
Environment is 3 months old, and this functionality worked for me 2 Saturday’s ago when I was doing data migrations. Nothing has changed in patching or infrastructure in those 2 weeks that I am aware of
