The CBS Sports family lost a beloved teammate over the weekend. A tragic accident took the life of 31-year old Bryce Adair, who worked on football and golf coverage
Can’t imagine how any family deals with a sudden loss, both immediate family and work family

the people at @SKORNorth should seriously take into consideration what Alec Lewis of The Athletic wrote, "In O’Connell’s eyes, real teammate interactions hold far more value than what’s said or insinuated in the press."
Centuries ago, knowledge was locked behind royal bloodlines and titles.
Born a peasant, you stayed one.
Not from lack of ability, but because the ruling class understood something fundamental: information is power. And power that is shared, gets diluted.
They weren't wrong.
Now that vault sits open. The internet cracked it and for the last 25 years, I took advantage of it.
And now, AI just removed the last hinge. Every skill, every body of knowledge that once required proximity to wealth, power, or privilege is NOW YOURS. FREE! Come and get it!
Which raises an uncomfortable question.
If the vault is unlocked, why aren't more people walking in?
The answer is as old as the problem it replaced.
You don't need to lock the door anymore. You just need to make people forget the vault exists.
Addict them. Make them tired, obese and looking for easy fixes. Dumb them down. Distract them. Incite rage.
A person 10 hours and 3 Mountain Dews deep in a dungeon killing zombies, rage-posting on Reddit while accusing half the world being some kind of "IST", isn't building anything. Isn't learning anything. Isn't compounding anything. ISN'T A THREAT ... they're managed.
The prison is completely different now: no guards, no gates, no royal liege to bar your entry. Just an algorithm controlled by power that knows exactly which levers to pull to keep you clear of the vault.
Make no mistake: the vault is open.
The only question left is whether you're clear-minded enough to see it, and able-bodied to walk through it.
The choice is yours. Change your life, or have culture change it for you.
